These Terms & Conditions govern every purchase made through https://www.madhuramfoods.in and at our store (“we”, “us”, “our”), operated under the brands Madhuram Foods and Madhuram Sweets, Ap Dhalewadi Tarfe Havali, Shiroli Bk, Junnar, Pune, Maharashtra 410511. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

Madhuram Foods (and our second brand, Madhuram Sweets) has served customers across Junnar, Pune & nearby since 2010. We are listed as a certified seller on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM). You can reach us at madhuramfoods63@gmail.com or +91 72760 36706 / +91 90963 99377.

2. Products & pricing

We make and sell traditional Indian milk sweets — rasgulla, rasmalai, chamcham, anguri, sandwich, gulab jamun and kala jamun — packed in sealed 500 g, 1 Kg and 4 Kg tins. Listed prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Product images are of the sealed pack and are provided for reference; because we use no artificial colours, the shade and appearance of a batch can vary slightly from the photograph, and that variation does not, on its own, make a product defective.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors, and to limit order quantities, before an order is confirmed.

3. Order acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not an automatic sale. Every order — including Cash on Delivery orders — is reviewed by us before it is confirmed for dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if the delivery address falls outside an area we can service) and will let you know if that happens.

4. Payment

Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently our only payment method: you pay in cash when the order is delivered, and no advance payment is collected. If we introduce online payment methods in future, they will be shown at checkout along with any applicable terms.

5. Delivery

We currently deliver within Junnar, Pune & nearby. Delivery charges, if any, are calculated from the pincode you enter at checkout and shown before you place the order — most localities near our store receive free delivery. Estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout and are not guaranteed delivery dates; they can be affected by stock availability, weather, or courier delays outside our control.

6. Freshness & storage

Our sweets are perishable food. Every tin carries the date it was packed and a best-before date; both are printed on the pack rather than listed here, because they are set per batch. An unopened tin should be kept cool, dry and out of direct sun. Once opened, the contents must be moved to an airtight container and refrigerated, and are best eaten within three to four days. We cannot accept responsibility for sweets that have been stored otherwise — see Contact Us if something arrives in poor condition.

7. Cancellations, returns & refunds

Cancellation and return eligibility, and how refunds are processed, are set out in full in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

9. Intellectual property

The Madhuram Foods name, logo and the content on this website (text, images, layout and design) belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Product names, brand logos and trademarks shown on the site belong to their respective manufacturers.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or a delay in delivery. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer protection law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Grievance redressal

If you have a complaint about an order or about this website, please write to us first at madhuramfoods63@gmail.com or call +91 72760 36706 (Madhuram Foods), who acts as our grievance contact for consumer complaints. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 30 days, in line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of a purchase from us is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over Junnar, Pune, Maharashtra.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or in the law. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
