• Order & delivery information — shipping and billing address, phone number, and the items you order, so we can deliver your order and provide after-sales support.
• Communications — anything you send us through the contact form, email, phone or WhatsApp, so we can respond to you.
• Usage information — basic technical data (such as pages visited) and a session cookie that keeps you signed in; see “Cookies” below.

We do not collect or store your payment card details — Cash on Delivery is our only payment method today.

2. How we use your information

• To process, deliver and provide support for your orders, including delivery updates and any freshness complaint you raise.
• To maintain your account, cart and wishlist.
• To send order confirmation, status and invoice emails.
• To respond to enquiries submitted through the contact form or newsletter sign-up.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

We only share personal information with the service providers we rely on to run the store, namely:

• Supabase — our database, authentication and file storage provider, which holds your account, order and cart data.
• Resend — our transactional email provider, used to send order confirmations and status updates.
• Delivery personnel — your name, address and phone number are shared only as needed to deliver your order.

We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

5. Data security

Your account and order data is protected by row-level access controls so that it is only ever visible to you and to authorised staff, and is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

6. Data retention

We keep account and order records for as long as your account is active and afterwards for as long as needed to meet our legal, tax and food-safety record-keeping obligations.

7. Your rights

This website is intended for adults placing orders on their own behalf and is not directed at children.
